Joseph Castro

Associate Attorney

Joseph Castro is an associate attorney at KJMLAW Partners, where he focuses his practice on probate and trust litigation. He represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in a range of disputes, guiding clients through each stage of the litigation process with a strategic and client-centered approach.

Prior to joining KJMLAW Partners, Joseph gained experience at several Southern California law firms, where he handled a broad range of complex litigation matters. Early in his career, he served as a junior attorney at a tax resolution firm and held clerkship positions with private firms as well as the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Joseph earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School through the SCALE two-year accelerated program, graduating with honors in Entertainment and Media Law and Business and Entrepreneurship. He received his B.S. in Business Law from California State University, Northridge.
