Lilit Arabyan

Associate Attorney

Lilit Arabyan is a Trust Administration and Estate Planning attorney at KJMLAW Partners, serving clients throughout Pasadena and the greater San Gabriel Valley. She helps individuals and families navigate the legal and tax matters that arise during trust administration, including the administration of estates with domestic and international assets and property.

Lilit assists trustees, beneficiaries, and families with estate and gift tax return preparation and filing, trust distributions and allocation agreements, property transfers, asset titling, and probate petitions. She also represents clients in contested conservatorships and select civil litigation matters, providing strategic guidance when estate and trust matters involve complex or disputed issues.

• Represented trustees, beneficiaries, and families in trust administration matters involving domestic and international assets and property
• Prepared and filed estate and gift tax returns in connection with trust and estate administration
• Drafted trust distribution and allocation agreements and assists with the transfer and proper titling of assets
• Prepared and filed probate petitions when probate administration is necessary to properly transfer or administer assets
• Represented public entities in state and federal court as a Deputy Attorney General with the California Department of Justice and in private practice before joining KJMLAW Partners
• Served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Neil W. Bason of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California
