KJMLAW PARTNERS WELCOMES NEW ATTORNEY LILIT ARABYAN

(PASADENA, CA) – KJMLAW Partners welcomes Lilit Arabyan to the firm this spring, who will supplement the firm’s Trust Administration and Estate Planning team.
Lilit Arabyan is a Trust Administration and Estate Planning attorney with a strong background in both public service and private practice. Her work includes preparing and filing estate and gift tax returns, drafting trust distribution and allocation agreements, handling property transfers, and filing probate petitions to ensure proper asset titling. In addition, she represents clients in probate administration.

Prior to joining the firm, Arabyan served as a Deputy Attorney General for the California Department of Justice, representing public entities in state and federal courts. She also practiced in the private sector, deepening her litigation and transactional expertise. Arabyan graduated from Southwestern Law School, where she also served as managing editor of the Law Review.
